$2,100 per week
$325 per night, subject to availability

Minimum rental period is (3) three nights.

For stays under 30 days, a 14% City of Los Angeles Occupancy Tax will be charged in addition to the rate above.

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4.00 pm

RESERVATIONS
Credit card information for a full payment is required to confirm a reservation. See rental payment below for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Guest wishes to cancel the reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing (both email and fax are acceptable) and received more than 30 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation notices received 30 days or more prior to check-in will be refunded by the Owner, less a $100 cancellation fee. If a security deposit was submitted it will be refunded in full.
If the Guest's notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the Guest agrees to pay the full amount of rent due for the reserved stay unless the Venice Craftsman House can be re-rented for the same period.
The Guest agrees that his submitted credit card will be charged with the rent amount due to cancellation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit ($2000) will be returned to Guest within 14 (fourteen) days following Guest's vacating the Rental Property, minus any costs to repair or replace any damage or loss to the Rental Property or the contents thereof. The Venice Craftsman House may retain all or part of the deposit for violation of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.

RENTAL PAYMENT
The entire rent is due upfront. The Owner accepts all major credit cards through Paypal, cash, wire transfers and money orders.

KEYS
The tenant will receive (2) two sets of door keys upon check-in. There is a $25 fee for any lost key.

LIABILITY RELEASE
The Tenant releases Owner from liability and agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner of The Venice Craftsman House harmless. This release is for any and all liability for any personal injuries (including death) and/or any property losses or damage caused by, or in connection with any activity or accommodation related to the lease of the rental property. Any legal disputes arising under this Agreement shall be mediated through arbitration and subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association at the branch office closest to Venice, California.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS
The rental property has a maximum occupancy limit of (4) four persons unless agreed otherwise by Owner. Any further occupants not listed upon check-in will be considered as over the occupancy limit and will be considered as a serious violation of this rental agreement.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the rental property.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. We regret to say that the house is not child-proofed, therefore the renter must assume all responsibility for the safety of any child on or in the property during the rental period.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed on the rental property.

CLEANING
The weekly rental fee does not include cleaning, which is an additional $150 per week, or per visit for rentals less than one week.
The property will be cleaned weekly between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm.
Additional cleaning can be arranged for the additional fee of $150 per day.
Turn-down service can be arranged for the additional fee of $40 per day.
